主要研究方向

1)巨核细胞生成和血液肿瘤发生机制与干预:研究调控巨核细胞生成和多倍体化中的信号转导、转录调控、表观遗传机制,以及相关异常造成骨髓增殖性肿瘤(原发性骨髓纤维化)发生的分子基础和靶向干预;阐明急性髓系白血病细胞增殖、存活和恶变的关键因素,研发新的治疗策略。

2)肝脏病变与肝癌发生机理:阐释非酒精性肝脏脂肪变性、非酒精性脂肪肝炎、肝硬化到肝癌演化发生的分子机制;特别关注天然免疫、泛素化/去泛素与代谢的功能。

Research topics:

1. Megakaryopoiesis and hematopoietic malignancies (pathogenesis and intervention): We investigate signaling, transcriptional, and epigenetic mechanisms controlling megakaryopoiesis and polyploidiazation and explore molecular basis how these abnormalities cause myeloproliferative neoplasms particularly Primary Myelofibrosis that can be used for target intervention. We also aim to identify key regulators controlling acute myeloid leukemia cell proliferation, survival, and malignant transformation for development of novel therapeutic strategy.

2.Pathogenesis of liver diseases and hepatocellular carcinoma: We dissect molecular mechanism underlying the progressive evolution of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD), Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH), Cirrhosis to Hepatocellular Carcinoma; particularly focus on the function of innate immunity, ubiquitination/deubiquitination, and metabolism in these diseases.
